YY Canvas Assistant
Refund Policy
Last updated: 8 September 2026
This policy explains when YY does and does not provide refunds for its paid products.
1. Scope
This policy applies to YY Monthly membership, Lifetime membership, and credit pack purchases. Paid checkout is not currently available from YY's public Pricing page.
2. Change-of-mind refunds
YY does not provide refunds solely because you change your mind, decide not to use a purchase, or cancel a subscription, except where a refund or other remedy is required by law.
3. Monthly membership
Cancelling Monthly membership stops renewal at the end of the current paid billing period. You can continue using the Monthly membership and its included Monthly credits until that period ends.
The subscription fee already paid for the current billing period is not refunded or prorated solely because you cancel or change your mind. After the period ends, YY will not charge you for another monthly period.
Monthly credits expire when the paid billing period ends. Credit pack top-up credits purchased separately are not removed because you cancel Monthly membership. See the Cancellation Policy for the cancellation process.
4. Credit packs
Credit pack purchases are not refundable solely because you change your mind, whether the top-up credits are unused or partly used. This does not limit any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Lifetime membership
Refund conditions for Lifetime membership: To be confirmed before paid launch.
YY will not accept payment for Lifetime membership until these conditions have been published.
6. Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase or charged an incorrect amount, contact YY so the transaction can be reviewed. A verified duplicate or incorrect charge will be corrected or refunded. Do not include a full card number or card security code in your message.
7. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a service does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, the available remedy depends on the circumstances and the nature of the problem. A remedy may include correcting or providing the service again, cancellation, a partial or full refund, or another remedy required by law.
8. Requesting a review
The direct support email is still to be confirmed and will be published on the Contact page before paid checkout opens. When requesting a review, include:
- The email address associated with your YY account.
- The purchase date, product, and amount.
- The Stripe receipt or transaction reference, if available.
- A short explanation of the problem and the remedy you are requesting.
9. Changes to this policy
YY may update this policy when its products or legal requirements change. The version shown at the time of purchase will not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
