Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

Monthly is YY's only recurring subscription. Lifetime membership and credit packs are one-time purchases, so they are not cancelled as subscriptions.

2. How to cancel Monthly

When Monthly billing is available, you can cancel by:

1. Signing in to your YY account.
2. Selecting Manage billing.
3. Opening the Stripe Customer Portal and choosing to cancel Monthly.
4. Reviewing and confirming the cancellation in the portal.

Cancellation is complete when the billing portal confirms it. The portal will show the end date of your current paid billing period.

3. When cancellation takes effect

You may cancel Monthly at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period that has already been paid for, rather than immediately.

Your Monthly membership remains active until that period ends. After the end date, it will not renew and YY will not charge you for another Monthly billing period unless you later start a new subscription.

4. Membership and credits after cancellation

You can continue using the remaining Monthly credits during the current paid billing period. When that period ends:

• Your Monthly membership ends and your account returns to Free.
• Any remaining Monthly credits from that paid period expire.
• Credit pack top-up credits purchased separately remain on your account and are not removed because you cancelled Monthly.

Each A$3.99 credit pack includes 500 credits. Membership credit allocations will be published on the Pricing page before Monthly or Lifetime checkout opens.

5. Fees already paid

Cancelling Monthly does not by itself refund or prorate the subscription fee already paid for the current billing period. Refunds and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded are addressed in the Refund Policy.

6. Lifetime and credit packs

Lifetime membership and credit packs do not automatically renew and therefore have no recurring subscription to cancel. Questions about refunds for these one-time purchases are handled under the Refund Policy. The Lifetime refund conditions are still under review and Lifetime checkout remains unavailable.

7. If you cannot access the billing portal

The direct support email is still to be confirmed and will be published on the Contact page before paid checkout opens. Do not send full payment-card details, passwords, or Canvas access tokens in a support message.

8. Changes to this policy

YY may update this policy when its billing process or legal requirements change. The applicable cancellation terms will be shown before a user purchases Monthly membership.
